At GoCode Overland, we aim to provide the best possible service to ensure your gear reaches you quickly and safely. Below, you’ll find details about our shipping process, delivery times, and costs.
Shipping Rates
Standard orders ship through UPS Ground. Cost depends on delivery location and item.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after purchase. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number to follow your package’s journey.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Please allow additional time for customs processing, which may vary by destination. International shipping rates vary depending on location, and any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, we’ll provide a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet the stated delivery times, shipping delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs holds). If you experience any significant delay, please reach out to us at sales@gocodeoverland.com, and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Lost or Stolen Packages
GoCode Overland is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed. However, if you suspect your package has been lost or stolen, please contact us at sales@gocodeoverland.com, and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or other delivery issues, we will notify you immediately. Shipping fees for resending the package may apply. To avoid delivery problems, please ensure all shipping information is accurate when placing your order.
